The start of December wasn't as clean as I had wanted it to be, food wise, and no matter what I did I just couldn't seem to help myself from eating almost everything. Now that the end of my 1st round of BBG is (almost) nearing, I want to prove to myself that I can push myself even harder to finish strong.
My #ONEPERFECTWEEK will be from 7 December 2015 until 13 December 2015 and my goals are:
- 10,000 steps
- 10 flights of stairs
- 90 % clean eating, my calorie intake will be 1600
- Get a workout in
- Drink 2-3 litres of water
If you feel like joining in, it would be amazing and would make my journey less challenging.
So here's to me crushing my goals ;)
